ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing, applying for services, creating an account, or purchasing products from URBANOX SHOP, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this website or its services.

ELIGIBILITY

To apply for a rent-to-own agreement or make purchases through URBANOX SHOP, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.

Provide accurate and complete information.

Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Meet any affordability requirements applicable to your application.

RENT-TO-OWN AGREEMENTS

URBANOX SHOP offers selected products through rent-to-own agreements of up to 48 months.

Approval is based primarily on affordability and income verification.

Applicants may be required to provide:

Valid identification

Proof of address

Payslips

Bank statements

Additional verification documents

Approval is not guaranteed.

URBANOX SHOP reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

OWNERSHIP OF PRODUCTS

Products supplied under a rent-to-own agreement remain the sole property of URBANOX SHOP until all payments and obligations under the agreement have been completed.

Ownership transfers only after the final payment has been received and processed.

PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS

Customers agree to make all payments on or before the due dates specified in their agreement.

Failure to make payments may result in:

Late payment fees

Suspension of services

Termination of the agreement

Recovery of products

Legal enforcement action

A late fee of up to R700 may be charged after a payment becomes more than 28 days overdue, subject to applicable law.

DAMAGE, LOSS, OR SALE OF PRODUCTS

Customers are responsible for maintaining products while they remain under a rent-to-own agreement.

Products may not be:

Sold

Transferred

Pledged as security

Given away

Intentionally damaged

If a product is lost, stolen, sold, or damaged before ownership transfers, the customer may remain liable for the outstanding balance, recovery costs, repair costs, replacement costs, and applicable fees.

CASH PURCHASE ITEMS

Certain products, including clothing, jewellery, fashion accessories, and selected promotional items, may be sold on a cash-purchase basis only.

These items are not eligible for rent-to-own financing unless expressly stated otherwise.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Delivery times are estimates only.

Supplier delays, logistics disruptions, stock shortages, customs processing, and other external factors may affect delivery schedules.

URBANOX SHOP shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by the URBANOX SHOP Refund Policy.

Customers should review the Refund Policy before placing orders or entering into agreements.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Any activity occurring under a customer's account is the responsibility of that customer.

WEBSITE USE

Users agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes.

Attempt unauthorized access to systems.

Distribute malicious software.

Interfere with website operations.

Submit false or misleading information.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, trademarks, logos, branding, graphics, product descriptions, software, and materials remain the property of STREAMXM LIMITED (PTY) LTD or its licensors.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, URBANOX SHOP and STREAMXM LIMITED (PTY) LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of the website, products, or services.

PRIVACY

Personal information is handled in accordance with the URBANOX SHOP Privacy Policy.

By using the website, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in that policy.

MODIFICATIONS

URBANOX SHOP reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes arising from the use of the website, products, or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of South Africa.
