The URBANOX Trade-In program allows you to exchange your eligible smartphone, tablet, laptop, or other supported device for an estimated trade-in value. Your trade-in value can be used as credit towards a new purchase or, where applicable, another offer available through URBANOX.
All trade-ins are subject to inspection, verification, and final approval.
To begin the trade-in process, please contact the URBANOX Customer Support Team with the following information:

Storage capacity

Condition of the device

Photos of the front, back, and sides

IMEI or Serial Number (where applicable)
Our team will review your device and provide you with an estimated trade-in value. The final value will be confirmed after the device has been inspected.
Once your device has been received, inspected, and approved, your final trade-in value will be confirmed. If accepted, the value may be applied towards your new URBANOX purchase or issued as store credit, depending on the offer and eligibility.
URBANOX reserves the right to adjust or decline a trade-in if the device's condition differs from the information provided during the evaluation process.
